Designed for a live load of 5 KN/sq mtr for office areas & 7.5 KN/sq mtr at designated areas for storage/server
PT flat slab structure for higher floor height of 4.16m at the Ground Level and 3.84 m at other levels
Double glazed high performance glass at both ‘vision & spandrel panel’ for maximum performance benefit & a high aesthetic appeal
Double silver low-e glass for reduced heat gain and reduced air conditioning load
Ultra clear or Low iron glass proposed for the main lobby area & the podium area for extra clarity and transparency
Vision areas - U value of less than 1.51 W/sqm K for low thermal gain, SHGC of less than 0.28 for high energy efficiency & low reflectivity, Light transmittance of 54% & reflectivity of 18-20% for low thermal gain, high energy efficiency and low reflection
Spandrel areas - U value of less than 0.41 W/sqm K for low thermal gain & high energy efficiency
Designer metallic sunshade on façade to cut further thermal gain
